The European Union has officially announced the Erasmus Mundus Joint Masters 2026 call under the Erasmus+ programme, opening new opportunities for universities and international students worldwide.

Erasmus Mundus Joint Masters are high quality international master’s degree programmes delivered by a consortium of universities from different countries. These programmes are designed to promote academic excellence, international cooperation, and mobility in higher education. Students enrolled in Erasmus Mundus Joint Masters have the opportunity to study in two or more countries and receive a joint or multiple degree upon graduation.

Many Erasmus Mundus programmes offer fully funded scholarships, which may cover tuition fees, monthly living expenses, travel costs, and insurance. Programmes usually last between one and two academic years.

It is important to note that students do not apply directly through the Erasmus+ platform. Instead, applications are submitted to individual Erasmus Mundus Joint Master programmes offered by participating universities.
