Eligible applicants must:

* Born between 15 February 2005 - 15 July 2008.

* Study in 11th grade while applying and must have a good or excellent command of English.

* Meet U.S. visa eligibility requirements.

* Must not have stayed in the US for more than 3 months in the last 5 years.

* Must be a citizen of Azerbaijan.
